Q: I’ll be attending this event, do I need to book my own flight to Stuttgart? 

Yes, all delegates attending this event are responsible for their individual travel arrangements and travel cost from the country of origin to/from the event location.

Q: I’m flying into Stuttgart, is the airport pickup provided?

As event attendees will travel from various countries, arriving to Stuttgart at the different times for our guest convenience please make your way directly to the Lenovo Executive Briefing Center in Stuttgart-Vaihingen area.    

Travelling by car

• Motorway A8 from Munich/Karlsruhe.
• Motorway A81 from Lake Constance/Heilbronn.
• Motorway exit 51 direction S-Zentrum/S-Vaihingen via A831 on to the B14.

The Lenovo building is situated on the STEP (Stuttgart Engineering Park) grounds.

By taxi
If travelling from the airport, you will find taxi ranks outside any of the four terminals 24/7.

By public transport
Take city train (S-Bahn) S1, S2 and S3 to stop ‘Österfeld’, then walk approx. 10 minutes to the facility.

Journey times:

• Stuttgart airport – Österfeld 15 minutes
• Main train station (Hauptbahnhof) – Österfeld 12minutes
• Downtown (Stadtmitte) – Österfeld 10 minutes

Q: Is the hotel accommodation provided? 

Lenovo & Microsoft would be delighted to offer all invited Customer / Partner delegates 1-night complimentary accommodation for the duration of the event. Accommodation is offered for the night of Monday 20^th June ‘22 or Wednesday 22^nd June ‘22, dependent which event the delegate is attending.  

However, if you’re not able to accept complimentary accommodation due to your company’s policy, we will manage the booking with the option to pay on departure.

Q: Where are delegates staying?
Delegates travelling to Stuttgart, Germany will be staying at Hotel Motel One Stuttgart-Hauptbahnhof. Please refer to ‘Event Logistics’ tab on this page for more information.

Q: How do I get between the hotel and meeting venues?
Group transfers have been organized for all parts of the program. Please refer to the agenda outlined in your event registration confirmation email for departure times.

Q: I am arriving by car – is it possible to park at the venue?
Lenovo EBC guests arriving to Stuttgart by car are welcome to park in a garage located underneath the building. To confirm your car parking space please email lwojdat@lenovo.com as spaces are limited.

Q: Is there a dress code?
We recommend smart casual attire.

Q: I’m on special diet, what shall I do?
Please kindly notify us about your dietary requirements when completing your event registration form or send the information by email to lwojdat@lenovo.com ideally 2 weeks before the event. While ordering event catering, we will keep in mind provided information.

Q: Do I need a travel insurance?    
Please be advised that full travel insurance for the duration of the event is the responsibility of each individual attending the event.

Q: Due to COVID-19, will I be required to wear a face mask during the event?
 Some venues may require you to wear a face mask during the event, please bring one with you.  Any local taxis/transfers used during the event will require you to wear a face mask.
