**Important to know** 

• Event participation: This invitation-only event is free of charge and seats are limited; registrations will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
  
  
• Hotel accommodation: Lenovo and Microsoft would be delighted to offer you 1-night complimentary hotel accommodation for the duration of the event. However, if you’re not able to accept complimentary accommodation due to your company’s policy, we will manage the booking with the option to pay on departure.
  
  
• Flight/travel: All delegates attending this workshop are responsible for their individual travel arrangements and travel cost from their country of origin to/from the event location.
  
  
• Daily meals, refreshments and on-site transfers between the event locations in Stuttgart are included.
